Network Drama Rankings for the Week of December 16, 2019

The rankings of network dramas for the week of December 16, 2019 are shown below. The top of the list is dominated by the usual winners. NCIS remains at #1, with FBI and NCIS: New Orleans at #2 and #3 repectively. At the bottom of the list (excluding repeats) is FOX's Empire. This show pretty lost all of its steam due to the Jussie Smollett fiasco. Thankfully, it is in its final season as the showrunners knew that the show will never be able to regain a steady audience base.
