NCIS remains at #1, with FBI and NCIS: New Orleans at #2 and #3 repectively. At the bottom of the list (excluding repeats) is FOX's Empire. This show pretty lost all of its steam due to the Jussie Smollett fiasco. Thankfully, it is in its final season as the showrunners knew that the show will never be able to regain a steady audience base.
