Network Drama Rankings for the Week of December 30, 2019

The rankings of network dramas for the week of December 30, 2019 are shown below. Given that the holiday season was coming to an end, the top spots were once again dominated by CBS Dramas. The first three spots went to powerhouses Hawaii Five-O, Magnum P.I., and Blue Bloods. No surprises there. At #4 and #5 are NCIS: Los Angeles and God Friended Me repectively. These two shows have always performed solidly as well; they just haven't always made it into the top five. New to the scene is the FOX cop drama Deputy at #7. With over 4.7 million viewers for its debut episode, it looks like this show could be a potential hit. At the bottom of the list (not accounting for repeats) is another FOX drama, Almost Family. This show had an okay premiere with almost three million viewers back in October. But at this point, it is obvious that it was never able to capture a steady audience base.
